Job Description:
- We are looking for Dentists to join a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers primary medical, dental, pediatric and behavioral health care to anyone
- The position is part of a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that emphasizes comprehensive, excellent care, and service to its community

Professional:
- Join a team of one General Dentist, two Assistants, and a Hygienist and experienced Office Manager.
- Goal: 3 dentists plus 2 assistants and 1-2 Hygienists per dentist.
- Turn-Key Practice – patients are waiting – local offices are full!
- Locally only 1 Pediatric Dental group, 1 Endodontist and a part time Periodontist
- Clinic Hours 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday
- 4.5-Day work week with 4 hours of Admin time
- 4-day work week option available
- General Bread and Butter Dentistry – Full and Partial Dentures – No Implant Fitted Dentures
- Daily Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
- Ability and desire to see pediatric patients a plus – your patient’s ages are based on your comfort level.
- Brand New Clinic – to be ready spring 2025 – near the hospital and across from Urgent Care!
- 13 Exam rooms – each Dentist will have 3 rooms
- EMR is eClinicalWorks
- Compensation and Benefits
- $215K Base Salary
- $12K Sign on Bonus, $8K Relocation
- 6 weeks TOTAL PTO; $3,000 CME allowance
- Comprehensive benefits start day 1 including Employer Paid Health Insurance, LTD, STD, Basic Life, AD&D
- 457b and 401a retirement options available
- Qualifies for NHSC Loan Repayment
Qualifications:
- Must be DDS/DMD
- Will consider J1/H1-B Visas
