Practice Details:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday with a structured call rotation for balanced work-life integration
- Call rotation: 1:4 rotation on 1st and 2nd call, providing 24-hour call coverage
- Diverse caseload including cardiac cases, obstetrics, and ambulatory surgery among others
- EMR: Cerner
Medical Director:
- Engage both clinically and administratively, overseeing staffing, practice operations, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence
- Lead a cohesive anesthesia team of 8 physicians and 25 CRNAs, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care delivery
Compensation and Benefits
- Malpractice Coverage
- PTO: 11 weeks with a PTO buy-back program (approximately $10k per week)

Candidate Parameters:
- Qualifications: Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Experience: Leadership experience preferred. Comfort with performing cardiac cases is preferred but not required
