Position Highlights

Groundbreaking Opportunity – Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group.
Diverse Case Mix – Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery, oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP).
High-Volume Practice – Over 1,200 surgical cases per month in a fast-paced, well-equipped hospital.
Flexible Scheduling – Choose between 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with additional earnings for call coverage.
Manageable Call Ratio – 1:10.5 call, with post-call days off.
Leadership Pathways – Early hires have the opportunity for directorship roles in medical leadership, CRNA integration, and acute pain management.
CRNA Expansion – Collaborate in launching a CRNA program, starting in endoscopy and outpatient settings.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary – Guaranteed base of $600,000, with total earning potential exceeding $700,000 through additional call and leadership incentives.
Sign-On Bonus – $300,000 ($150,000 upon signing, $150,000 at start date).
Call Pay – $1,760 per shift after required call minimum.
9 Weeks of PTO – Paid annually for work-life balance.
Malpractice Insurance – Tail coverage fully covered after three years.
Relocation Assistance – Comprehensive financial support for a seamless transition.
