Desirable Practice Setting: Lead anesthesia services at a well-established Level 1 Trauma Center with high-risk OB and complex pediatric cases

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Compensation: Generous compensation package with a base cash compensation of $595,000
Sign-On Bonus: $125,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment in addition to the base salary
Vacation: 10 weeks
Malpractice Coverage: Provided with tail
Retirement: Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP)

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role required with an understanding of the value of having influence with the team and building political capital necessary to impact change
Board Certification: Anesthesiology Board Certification is Required as well as Pediatric Fellowship Training
