Align ENT & Allergy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Allergy & Immunology Physician to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with allergic diseases, asthma, immune deficiencies, and related immunologic disorders. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care for both pediatric and adult populations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

- Diagnose and treat allergies, asthma, and immunologic disorders in both children and adults.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, document these plans accurately in patient charts, and communicate effectively with patients.
- Deliver compassionate medical care efficiently and innovatively.
- Participate in and integrate quality improvement practices into patient care.
- Provide education to patients, families, and staff, and serve as a key resource in your specialty area.
- Complete all necessary documentation to ensure smooth patient care and proper reimbursement.
- Engage in clinical area operations through participation in meetings and activities.
