We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient Family Medicine coverage in Utah. This is a scheduled-patient clinic setting with strong support staff and a manageable patient volume.
Overview:

- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No call
- 10–15 patients per day
- Scheduled appointments only
- Patient population: All ages
- EMR: Tebra
- Medical Assistant assigned
- Office support staff on site
Requirements
- NP or PA (Family Medicine)
- Board Certified
- Active Nevada license
- Active DEA
- BLS certification
- Must be enrolled with and able to see Medicare and Medicaid patients
