We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to provide emergency medicine coverage at two locations in Pennsylvania. This part-time opportunity cover a mix of day, evening, and night shifts.
Overview:
- Shifts needed: Monday-Sunday | 7a-7p; 12p-12a; 7p-7a
- Need someone to cover 6-12 shifts per month
- Must be willing to work night shifts
- Providers see a wide range of ED cases with a focus on lower-acuity patients
- Perform minor procedures such as I&Ds and laceration repairs
- Assist in administrative tasks such as radiology and blood work reviews as needed
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
- Must have an active Pennsylvania license
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or Red Cross), Stroke Certified; ATLS not required
- NIHSS & Stroke CME must remain current
