Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: 4-Day Work Week
- Hospital employed primary care group of 12 providers
- Average 16-18 patients per day
- Epic EMR with integrated AI virtual scribe
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary: $120K-$140K commensurate with experience
- wRVU productivity bonus; verified earning potential $230K+
- Signing Bonus: $30K
- Student loan repayment up to $90K
- Relocation: $15K
- PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
- Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents
- Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)
Qualifications:
- Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license
- Experience: New grads and experienced candidates equally welcome to apply
