Join a thriving, physician-owned optometry group with 25+ years of success and over 160,000 active patient records. The clinic is booked out 5–6 weeks, so you’ll be busy from day one. With annual collections of $3.3M+ (without optical retail sales), this is a true medical optometry environment focused on patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $222,000
- Bonus: 33% of collections after threshold (realistic $350K+ earnings)
- Benefits: Medical & dental insurance, 401K with match + profit sharing, 20 days PTO (includes CME), $1,500 CME allowance
Practice Highlights
