4-Day Week, Tele Options
Job Details:
- A Critical Access Hospital in the Ames/North Ankeny area – just outside Des Moines, IA – is seeking a PMHNP provider to join their collegial team:
- 4-day (32-hour) workweek with a mix of in-person and potential tele options (i.e., two days in-person and two days remote)
- 100% outpatient with a focus on medication management; manageable patient volumes of around 10 per day
- No call
- Epic EMR
- IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
- Competitive total year-one package up to $190,000+ including a permanent base guarantee, customizable onboarding incentives, and more

- Close proximity and commutable from Ames and North Ankeny – one of the fastest growing cities in Iowa with several new developments including boutiques, a brewery, distinct eateries, and family friendly activities such as bowling, an arcade, and trampoline parks
