The Opportunity:
- $130,000 Base Salary
- Monday-Friday / 40 Hours Per Week
- Ongoing remote monitoring of patients following hospital discharge
- NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, and NO CALL
The Requirements and Preferences:
- NP Certification Required
- Active Virginia license preferred but not immediately required
- Outpatient experience and telemedicine experience a plus
- Effective communication skills working with hospital employed group settings
