In-Home is mostly annual assessments with the ability to work independently Manage a low-volume patient panel to ensure a focus on quality of care
Established clinical care team including 2 experienced physicians, 10 APPs, pharmacist, nurses, and more

Compensation & Benefits:

Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $125-$150K plus annual bonus
