RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primary care and preventative care for patients in assigned care facilities
- Collaborate with the nursing staff and administration at each facility
- Work with community primary care physicians

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have CO license
- Will consider new grads NPs who have experience working in an ICU or CCU for a minimum of 2 years as a RN.
- Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 years experience preferred. Experience in a hospital setting or primary care is preferred.
