Position Overview:

Lead and oversee dental services, staff, and program operations
Manage policies, quality initiatives, and budget in partnership with executive leadership
Ensure compliance with regulations, payer standards, and productivity benchmarks
Oversee credentialing, privileging, staffing, scheduling, and peer review
Provide direct patient care with cultural competence and compassion
Collaborate across departments to support integrated, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate records, billing, and HIPAA compliance

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from ADA-accredited dental school
California dental license, DEA registration, CPR (BCLS/ACLS)
5+ years clinical/operational experience
Proficient in EHR systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
