Job Description
- Locum CRNA | Oregon | Ongoing need!
- CRNA – Oregon
- Location: conveniently located between Eugene and Portland, OR
- Duration: August-December (option to extend)
- Schedule: Full-time preferred
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 5×8 or 4×10
- Call: available if interested, shared call 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month but not required, low volume
- Scope: CRNA Independent model, General, Ortho, Urology, OB, plastics, health peds
- Volume: average 12 cases per day
- EMR: EPIC
- Hospital: Level 4 trauma, 79 beds
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Require: NBCRNA, OR License (open to license approx.. 6 weeks), BLS, ACLS, COVID vaccinated
