- The ideal candidate is looking to escape the ACT model and begin independent practice with lucrative income.
- Practice to the full scope of your license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines etc.
- Case variety: general, ortho, ENT, bariatrics, plastics, GYN, peds dental, peds ENT, GI urology, spine and neuro
- OB, trauma, cardiac or thoracic Optional
- There is a facilitator available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency.
- Weekday call: 3x/month (1st, 2nd or 3rd call)
- Weekend call: every 6th weekend
- Holiday call: 1 holiday/year

- 1099 Practice : Contractors’ insurance must be in compliance with the NM Patient compensation Fund (PCF)
- $8K Annual Bonus Potential (Paid Quarterly)
